1. Program description
Bowen Executive Recruiting Texts is a text message program run by Bowen Executive LLC (“Bowen Executive”). We send recruitment-related text messages to people who opt in, including:
- Candidates:
- Civil construction job opportunities, including local, relocation and traveling superintendent roles.
- Interview scheduling and reminders.
- Updates on roles you are being considered for.
- Follow-up on offers and start dates.
- Clients: updates on active searches, candidate availability, interview scheduling and follow-up.
Messages come from Nick Prokop at Bowen Executive, sent from (512) 503-7405.
2. How you opt in
You can opt in by any of these methods:
- Checking the unchecked text message consent box on a form at bowenexecutive.com and submitting your mobile number.
- Texting START (or any message) to (512) 503-7405.
- Telling us on a call that you agree to receive texts. We then send one confirmation text, and you can reply STOP at any time.
After you opt in, you receive this confirmation: “Bowen Executive: You’re subscribed to recruiting texts from Nick Prokop. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.”
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase, service or job opportunity.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies with active searches and your conversations with us. It is typically between 1 and 10 messages per month.
4. Costs
Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan with your carrier. Bowen Executive does not charge you for text messages.
5. How to opt out
- Reply STOP to any message. We also honor STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE and OPT OUT.
- You may also opt out any other reasonable way, such as emailing nick@bowenexecutive.com or telling us on a call.
- After you opt out, you receive one final message confirming it, and no further texts. We process opt-outs promptly and no later than 10 business days.
- To rejoin, reply START or UNSTOP.

7. When we send messages
- We send texts only between 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday, and between 12:00 noon and 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, in your local time.
- We may reply outside these hours only when you text us first.
- We do not send more than three texts about the same subject in any 24-hour period, unless you are texting back and forth with us.
8. Carriers
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by coverage or your device.
9. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and the account holder of the mobile number, or have the account holder’s permission. If you change or give up your mobile number, please reply STOP or email us so we do not text the new owner.
10. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy at bowenexecutive.com/privacy-policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. We post the current version on this page with its effective date. If a change is material, we will text subscribers before it takes effect.
