Please do not send us this information. Employers collect what they need, lawfully, when they hire.
4. How we use information

5. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share information only as follows:
- Prospective employers (candidates): We share your résumé and career information with a specific employer only after you agree to be presented for that role.
- Service providers: These are companies that help us run the business, such as our applicant tracking system, phone and text messaging provider, email and file storage providers, and website host. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Legal reasons: We share information when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, safety or property of Bowen Executive or others.
- Business transfer: If the business is sold or merged, information may transfer to the new owner under the same protections. This does not apply to text message consent data (see Section 6).

This section applies to all mobile phone numbers and text message data. It overrides anything else in this policy.
- No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
- All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. The only exception is the text messaging carriers and platform providers that deliver our messages, and only as needed to deliver them.
- We never sell, rent or trade mobile phone numbers or text message consent.
- You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text from us. You can also email nick@bowenexecutive.com or tell us on a call. We process opt-outs promptly and within 10 business days at the latest.
Full program terms are in our SMS Terms & Conditions at bowenexecutive.com/sms-terms.
7. Text messages
- We send text messages only to people who have given us consent.
- Consent to receive texts is never a condition of using our services or of being considered for a job.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.
- We keep a record of each consent and each opt-out.
8. Phone calls and call recording
We may record or transcribe calls for accurate note-taking.
We will tell you at the start of any call that is recorded, and we only record with your agreement. This matters in states such as California and Florida, where all parties must consent to recording.
If you do not want a call recorded, tell us and we will not record it.
9. Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track
Our website may use cookies and basic analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use the website to build advertising profiles.
Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. There is no common industry standard for these signals, so our website does not currently respond to them.
Third-party analytics providers we use may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
10. How long we keep information
- Candidate and client records: we keep these while we have an active or likely future working relationship. We generally keep them no longer than 5 years after our last meaningful contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
- Text message consent and opt-out records: we keep these at least 5 years, so we can prove consent and honor opt-outs.
- Legal holds: we keep information longer only where the law requires.
11. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. These include access controls, secure business systems and limiting access to the people who need it. No system is completely secure.
If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable state law, including Texas, California and Florida law.
12. Your choices and rights
Wherever you live in the United States, you may ask us to:

- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information, except records we must keep by law (such as a record of your opt-out).
- Stop contacting you by phone, email or text.
- Not present your résumé to any employer without asking you first.
To make a request, email nick@bowenexecutive.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject line.

- We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents: We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes (California Civil Code § 1798.83). You may review and request changes to your information as described above (California Business and Professions Code § 22575).
Texas residents: We do not sell personal data, including sensitive personal data.
Florida residents: We send text messages only with consent, and we stop texting you after you reply STOP.

14. Children
Our services are for working adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.
